House buying is so much fun! My favorite comment, "Look! You can fit two cribs in here." Its great that it is near a park. Two things--one, I think I saw some wallpaper. Wallpaper is of the devil, unless you hire someone to take it down. But I think it was just a border, so I'm sure you'll be fine. The other (just to think about) wood and tile floors with little kids running and yelling all day long are loud. Not bad, just loud. That's all. :)
Definitely love this one! I would like to see the front of both houses!
hmm, I'm more inclined to go with the 2 story house, it seemed bigger, but the layout is nice of this one. I'd double check on knocking the wall down...sometimes you can, sometimes you can't. Too bad the oven is on the floor--not as safe for the kiddos. Wish we were buying too!
We're house hunting also. The video's look very nice. Have you found anything yet? I'm thinking we'll be finding something in the short term while we look longer. Ours will be sold in two weeks. Good luck, and let us know how it goes. We need to meet up with you guys now your back on the west side of the states. Congrats on the baby girl(she's so cute. When was she born?) and graduation(It seems so crazy he is all done with school. I remember hanging out with you guys talking about that, seems like yesterday).
Other then house hunting we're expecting our second in Dec. We find out the sex on the 23rd.

i really like this house... infact. i think i just saw it on realtor.com. i like to go on and look at houses every now and then :) im all about a one story... if i could get everything i want in a house... in a one story- i'd do it. congrats. hope it is going well.
